March is National Quilting Month– a month-long celebration of quilts, quilters, and quilting established more than 30 years ago by the National Quilt Association. Libraries across Ottawa County are celebrating with quilting events, quilts on display, quilting books, and more.

Loutit District Library’s Upper Level Atrium is featuring quilts from the Lighthouse Quilt Guild. Stop by during open hours to pickup a passport at any service desk. Hop around to participating libraries to check out local quilters’ works on display and receive a passport stamp. Turn your LDL passport in at any service desk at the Library by Tuesday, April 4 and be entered into a quilting-themed grand prize drawing!
